Objectives
COSMOS seek and record evidence that organization’s quality objectives which are measurable and are consistent with the quality policy, and they are relevant to product and service conformity and the enhancement of customer satisfaction.

Procedures
At Cosmos Each Production Process are defined with keen step by step procedures & displayed at all related locations, which helps our team to work consistently
Traceability
Each cast product of COSMOS Has a birth certificate with Unique identity number. Which will be very helpful to dig out data even in later stage.
Trainings
We believe in On Job or On Floor training instead of class room, which helps us to understand things easily to our team with live examples. Nevertheless, we won’t denying class-room training for NDT, QMS, Communication, Software, etc.
Risk assessments
Our approach to risk analysis is moderated, because investment casting process is such, where risk is at each step. But our every decision is made by with brain storming only.
Communication systems
We developed a internal communications to keep our employees informed and engaged about everything that is going on. Daily meetings, a common sharing place, well organized server to retrieve all related documents to related personal by right management, online chat system for rapid data & information exchange.
