Tool development

The first step in the development of a component is the engineering and production of tool, which is a negative image of the cast part with various matrix. In this process, once design has made, tool is milled, turned, engraved and assembled by dedicated tool maker. here COSMOS is responsible for design & development, so productivity of the cast part can be optimized.
