TOOLING / DIES

Tooling will be made with contraction calculation and suitable design for maximum productivity.

Tolling construction from steel and aluminium material.

PATTERN MANUFACTURING


Wax Injection in tool with hydraulic press with suitable pressure and temperature to produce consistent quality of pattern.

WAX PATTERN CLEANING


All pattern to be clean for parting line, fines and repair with soft wax if required.

PATTERN INSPECTION


100% patterns are visually inspected and dimensional checking as per quality plan.

ASSEMBLY MAKING


Inspected patterns assembled in a tree as per defined design.

PRIMARY COATING


PRELIMINARY COAT WITH FINE GRADE ZIRCON BASED SAND


Higher grain size sand coating up to sufficient thickness.

DE WAXING


After drying shells are taken for de-waxing to remove in side wax.

SHELL FIRING


De-Waxed shells fired at suitable temperature for sufficient time to develop shell strength.

POURING


Metal to be poured in to the shell as per order specifications.

CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

FETTLING


Refectory cleaning from poured shell

FINE GATE GRINDING

Finishing


Finishing with small die grinder to remove burs, fines and any other extra material.

SURFACE FINISHING


FINAL INSPECTION


Finished Parts



After all above process and inspection, parts will be ready for dispatch to customer.
